WHAT CAN ON THE BIT EVENTS DO FOR YOU?

We can assess your property and create a show schedule, clinic schedule, open house, or any other custom event that would benefit you, the client!  We can assist individuals, businesses, and clubs, or other organizations in the planning of Equine-related events.  We provide a soup-to-nuts approach to running each event, whether it is a schooling show or a USEF recognized event.  

 

We can also provide a-la-carte options to assist you in the running of an established show or event such as providing a scoring, manager, secretary, or other officials.  We can also provide pre-event consultation, facility preparations, and post-event wrap-up. 

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

Fees are dependant upon the work needed and are customizable for each scenario.  A price sheet of basic show functions and staffing options is available upon request.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We typically schedule 1 year prior to the event date for USEF/USDF/USEA recognized shows.  For other events such as schooling shows and clinics, six-month advance notice is preferred.  But we're here to help so call or email to check availability.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

On The Bit Events, LLC will provide you with a contract of terms that will include a change policy that is reasonable for the individual scenario.

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

As the owner of On The Bit Events, LLC, I am available to all clients via email and cell phone for any questions or support during business hours.  During your event, I am available at all times for any emergencies.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

On The Bit Events, LLC accepts cash, credit card, certified bank check and personal check.
